How Feud works

Everyone's got takes. Feud keeps score.

The one-page explainer. No jargon.

The core idea

Every question has two sides and a market probability (from Kalshi or Polymarket). The less likely your pick, the more points it pays if you're right. Wrong picks are 0.

Payout formula
round(100 ÷ your locked probability)

Payout is capped at 2,000 points per question so one mispriced fluke can't nuke a season.

Worked example

The market says the Chiefs win at 72%. Sarah takes the Ravens (28%).

Ravens win. Sarah gets +357 and jumps to the top of the league. Everyone who took Chiefs gets 0.

The rules that matter

Confidence mode (advanced)

Same picks, but each week you also split 100 confidence points across the slate's questions. Your payout is multiplied by your share.

Math
multiplier = your confidence ÷ (100 ÷ number of questions)

On a 5-question slate, an even split is 20 each. Putting 40 on your best call = 2.0× the base payout.

The default is Simple mode. Confidence is for leagues that want more strategy.
