Feud is a free-to-play social prediction league app. This page explains what we collect, why, and how you can delete it. We collect the minimum needed to run leagues and keep your account working.
1. What we collect
- Account data: email address, username, display name, and avatar (generated or uploaded).
- Authentication data: when you sign in with Google, we receive your basic profile info (email, name, picture) from Google. When you sign in with email, we store a hashed credential via our auth provider.
- League activity: leagues you create or join, your role (commissioner/member), invite codes you use, your picks (side chosen, odds at time of pick, confidence points), outcomes, and points awarded.
- Payment data (League Pass only): if a commissioner purchases League Pass, billing is handled by Stripe. Stripe collects and stores payment card details; Feud only stores the subscription status and a Stripe customer/subscription identifier. We never see or store your card number.
- Basic technical data: standard logs (IP, user agent, timestamps) used to keep the service running and secure.
2. How we use it
- Run your account and leagues, and show standings, picks, and history.
- Authenticate you and keep your session secure.
- Process League Pass subscriptions and enforce plan limits.
- Send transactional and product notifications tied to your leagues.
- Prevent abuse, debug issues, and improve the product.
3. Where your data lives
Application data (profiles, leagues, picks, notifications) is stored in our managed Postgres database and auth service hosted on Supabase. Payment records are processed and stored by Stripe. Odds data displayed inside Feud is sourced from third-party prediction markets — Kalshi and Polymarket — and is not considered your personal data.
4. Who can see your data
- Your username, display name, and avatar are visible to other members of leagues you join.
- Your picks, points, and history are visible to members of the same league (after pick lock).
- Your email address is not shown to other users.
- We do not sell your personal data. We do not run third-party ads.
5. Sub-processors
- Supabase — database, authentication, storage.
- Google — optional sign-in via Google OAuth.
- Stripe — League Pass payment processing.
- Kalshi and Polymarket — public market odds and outcomes (data source only; they do not receive your personal data from us).
6. Cookies and local storage
We use cookies and local storage to keep you signed in and to remember UI preferences. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
7. Deleting your account and data
You can delete your account at any time from Settings. When you delete your account:
- Your profile (email, username, display name, avatar) is removed.
- Your picks and league memberships are removed or fully anonymized.
- If you are a commissioner of a league with other active members, we may ask you to transfer commissionership or archive the league first so members aren't left stranded.
- Stripe retains billing records as required by law for any past League Pass payments.
You can also email us at support@feud.app and we will delete your data within 30 days.
8. Children
Feud is not intended for users under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect data from children.
9. Changes
We'll post material changes to this page and update the date at the top.
