Feud

Terms of Service

Last updated: July 23, 2026

1. What Feud is

Feud is a free-to-play social prediction league web app. You and your friends make predictions about real-world events (sports, politics, finance, culture) and compete for points, rankings, and bragging rights. Feud is not a sportsbook, casino, exchange, or wagering platform. There is no wagering, no cash prizes, and no real-money payouts to users at any time.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

3. Your account

You can sign in with email or Google. You choose a username and display name and may upload or generate an avatar. You agree not to impersonate others, harass other users, or use offensive names or content.

4. Leagues and picks

Commissioners can create private leagues and invite members via an invite code. Picks lock at the time shown for each question and cannot be changed after lock. Scoring is deterministic and based on the odds captured at pick time; see the How it works page for details. Points have no monetary value and cannot be redeemed, transferred, or cashed out.

5. League Pass (optional paid subscription)

Commissioners may optionally purchase a League Pass subscription to unlock larger leagues, House Questions, and other premium features. League Pass is billed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew until cancelled from the billing portal. League Pass does not grant any competitive scoring advantage and does not involve wagering.

6. Odds and outcomes

Odds shown in Feud are sourced from third-party prediction markets, including Kalshiand Polymarket. Odds may change frequently and can be delayed, inaccurate, or unavailable. Question outcomes are settled from these sources or, for commissioner-created "House Questions," by the league commissioner. Feud does not guarantee the accuracy of any odds or outcome.

7. Acceptable use

Don't attempt to break, probe, or overload Feud; don't scrape at scale; don't upload unlawful, infringing, or abusive content; and don't use Feud to facilitate real-money wagering with other users. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

8. Disclaimers

Feud is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for decisions you make based on information shown in the app. To the maximum extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months (which is zero for free-tier users).

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted in-app or on this page.
